The KC Job Fair brings Kansas City employers and motivated job seekers together for direct conversations about open positions, career opportunities, and what it takes to succeed within your organization.

At our May 2026 KC Job Fair, 310 job seekers connected with 35 employers. This October, we are bringing the workforce community together again for another afternoon of real conversations and meaningful hiring connections.

Whether you are filling immediate openings or building a talent pipeline for future roles, the KC Job Fair gives your organization an opportunity to meet candidates face-to-face and increase awareness of your employer brand.

October 2026 Employer Registration

Choose the registration option that best fits your organization.

Logo Sponsorship + October KC Job Fair: $1,000

Limited spots are available. This package includes:

• Employer table at the October KC Job Fair
• Logo sponsorship on WEN social media channels
• Logo sponsorship in WEN email communications
• All standard employer registration benefits

Standard Employer Registration: $600

Reserve an employer table for the October 29, 2026 KC Job Fair.

501(c)(3) Nonprofit Registration: $300

A discounted registration rate is available for eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.

Electricity: Additional $50

Electricity may be added to any employer registration for an additional $50.

Your Registration Includes

• Two parking vouchers, with additional vouchers available for $15 each
• One 6-foot table, tablecloth, and two chairs
• Internet and Wi-Fi access
• Company name and website link on WEN’s website and event materials
• Promotion through online community calendars, job clubs, print materials, and social media
• Access to a diverse pool of Kansas City candidates

Additional parking vouchers are available for $15 each.
