Join Us in Connecting Women with Opportunities

WEN’s programs provide practical, realistic training and counseling based on the needs of today’s business environment. WEN’s employer partnerships have been instrumental in connecting women to quality job opportunities and connecting employers to quality, prepared workers.

With WEN, businesses enter into a mutually beneficial partnership that offers:

  • A diverse pool of job candidates who have been assessed and prepared for workplace success.
  • Lower cost per hire with pre-screened candidates.
  • Volunteer and professional development opportunities for employees.
  • An investment in the community to help women, stabilize families and boost the local economy.

Specifically, businesses can partner with WEN in a variety of ways. For more information, take a look at our Partnership Opportunities.

A Continuum of Care

At WEN, we understand that achieving economic independence often requires much more than a résumé. Through a network of community partners, WEN offers women and their families a continuum of support.

Together, WEN’s team of trainers and Client Support Specialists work with each woman to identify her unique needs and potential barriers to economic success. Financial coaching is provided to ensure each woman is working towards financial success and long-term economic stability. WEN connects women to critical community resources to assist with a range of issues including housing, child care, healthcare, domestic violence, transportation, food, credit counseling and much more.

To partner with WEN as a resource or referral for women and families, contact us at (816) 595-2395 or email our case management team.
